Role Overview

Regional Manager Channel Partnership

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the

    regional channel partnership strategy

    aligned with company goals.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture

    new channel partners

    , ensuring alignment with Brick & Bolt's value proposition.
  • Manage and grow relationships with

    existing partners

    , ensuring consistent engagement and performance improvement.
  • Drive

    lead generation and conversion

    through partner networks, ensuring achievement of regional revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute

    joint go-to-market plans

    and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze

    partner performance metrics

    and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Ensure

    training, enablement, and motivation

    of partners to maintain high standards of delivery and customer experience.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence to identify emerging partnership opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Represent Brick & Bolt at

    industry events, partner meets, and regional forums

    to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:

    610 years of experience in

    channel sales, partnerships, or business development

    , preferably in construction, real estate, or tech-enabled service industries.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling channel networks in a regional capacity.
  • Strong

    analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
