Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager

Role Objective

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers.
  
• Acquire new-to-bank customers to grow the business base.
  
• Handle and service all banking needs of assigned/mapped clients.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through leads and family account grouping.
  
• Grow liability base (CASA/FD) by strengthening relationships with premium customers.
  
• Sell asset, wealth, and third-party products to increase revenue per client.
  
• Provide end-to-end services for all client banking requirements, including bank and third-party products.
  
• Increase product holding and wallet share of mapped clients.
  
• Meet/call customers to understand financial needs and cross-sell relevant products.
  
• Participate actively in campaigns for liability and cross-sell products.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to bank processes and compliance standards.
  

Education Requirements

• Essential:

  Graduate or Post Graduate (preferred exposure to financial subjects).

• Preferred:

  Post Graduation in Finance or Commerce.

Work Experience

• Essential:

  Minimum

  4 years

  of relevant experience in the banking industry.

• Preferred:

  Minimum

  2 years

  of experience as a Relationship Manager.

Additional Requirements

• Valid

  AMFI / IRDA certifications

  (expired certificates may also be considered).
• Experience in a

  sales-based incentive role

  preferred.
