Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Experience: 7–15 years The RSM will oversee sales operations across the western region, lead Area Sales Managers, and drive regional revenue and growth strategies . 2. Area Sales Manager (ASM) Experience: 5–7 years The ASM will manage sales in a specific zone or territory within Mumbai, ensuring sales team productivity and developing key accounts. 3. Sales Executive / Sales Engineer Experience: 3–5 years The Sales Executive will focus on direct client engagement, business development, and sales execution in the assigned area. Key Responsibilities (vary by role seniority): Develop and implement sales strategies for the region/area. Identify and convert new business opportunities. Build and manage relationships with fabricators, architects, builders, and channel partners. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
