Regional Lead - BD (Security)

As a Regional Business Development - Security Man-guarding at our client, India's leading integrated security and facility management solutions provider, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will spearhead the Business Development function for Security Services in the assigned state, developing and executing business development plans and strategies. Your primary focus will be on hunting for leads, managing lead conversion, and achieving assigned BD targets. Building strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding RFPs or Tenders, and identifying sales opportunities through client visits are crucial aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for generating new sales leads through various channels and presenting sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Business Development function for Security Services in the assigned state - Develop and execute business development plans and strategies - Hunt for leads, manage lead conversion funnel, and achieve BD targets - Build strong relationships with prospects and clients - Understand and execute RFPs or Tenders - Identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities through client visits - Generate new sales leads through various channels - Present sales reports and forecasts to the management team Qualifications: - Must be a graduate; an MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred - Age within 47 Years, any gender can apply Your success in this role will be driven by your B2B/Corporate Sales Experience of at least eight years, along with a deeper understanding of the security industry and competition information. Your market understanding of the state and connections with admin, Security, and HR leaders will be essential for success. Your skills in sales funnel optimization, tenders, B2B sales, RFP management, client relationship management, and sales strategy will be crucial in achieving targets and driving business growth.,
