Job Description

Job Description: As a Regional Intracompany Services Program Manager II at Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in enhancing governance and controls related to Inter-Company Agreements (ICAs) governing services provided between Mastercard entities. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Regional ICA Lead and global Tech ICAMS team in delivering holistic ICAMS team services - Reviewing the ICA database to identify and catalog contract commitments/obligations, specific tech services covered, creating a repository of gaps/remediation actions, and identifying patterns of problems across different ICAs - Identifying and studying existing MA Tech service provider data dashboards to understand information/data available to meet ICA compliance requirements and identifying gaps - Creating a centralized calendar of regulatory audits, inspections, and periodic regulator reporting related to the assessment of MA compliance with ICA/outsourcing requirements - Identifying regional regulator focus areas and common gaps/findings to help prioritize activities for Tech ICAMS - Collaborating with peers in other regions and the ICAMS operational teams to demonstrate compliance with ICA requirements, such as third party/supplier monitoring, incident reporting, SLA reporting, and other areas Qualification Required: To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in technology, information systems management, information security management, security policy, or equivalent experience - Knowledge of Regional Regulatory landscape, standards, and frameworks such as DORA, NIST, CROE impacting Tech services, especially around service resiliency, outsourcing regulations, and security risk management - Knowledge of Mastercard TECH Organization and legal aspects is an asset Additional Details: As a responsible member of the Mastercard team, you are expected to: - Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices - Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed - Report any suspected information security violation or breach - Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines (Note: The section "All About You" has been omitted as it mainly focuses on the ideal candidate's qualifications and skills),
