Business Development
(R) Create technical presentations for key customers with detailed technical specifications, quality analysis and requirements of the clients. (R) Educate the customers on technical parameters of concrete so that they have a better understanding of the product usage and functionality (R) Understand specific requirements of key accounts, explore and present VAC products to them explaining advantages and technical specifications.
Vendor Management - Raw Materials
(R) Liaison with raw material suppliers for the
quality/approval of raw material
Customer Feedback
(A) Visit customer/ site periodically to gather feedback and identify areas of concern (R) Attend product quality grievance of customers which are above the scope of plant level or investigate key customer complaints and implement corrective actions (R) Resolve customer complaints regarding strength and durability of the product
Customer Management
(A) Provide detailed mix design calculation, physical and chemical analysis of raw material to customer as and when required (R) Provide consolidated customer feedback analysis of all plants
Industry Analysis
(R) Monitor product innovations and new construction practices, conduct technical meets and participate in technical presentations in the zone/region for influencers (e.g. Architects, Engineers, Consultants etc.) and explore opportunities for promoting techno
Planning & Budgeting
(R) Prepare, consolidate and analyze Cluster plan and budget
Product Development
(A) Generate mix and competitor data at plant level for further analysis (R) Analyse compiled mix design data and raw materials used, compare between UltraTech and its competitors brand of cement to assess and make comparative analysis to bring economy and optimization in mix design cost (R) Design & develop new VAC Products as per the market trends, customer needs etc.

Product Testing
(A) Conduct statistical analysis of cubes strength results and monitoring performance of the products (A) Conduct trials for VAC Products to check various functional parameters (P) Collaborate with third party testing for the cubes as and when required
Production Execution
(A) Ensure VAC orders to each plant are executed in time and as per required specifications
Sales
(R) Achieve the sales target in terms volume, product mix & segment ratio at agreed price positions to achieve maximum realization for the cluster
