Job Description

Define and implement the co's quality vision, policies, and systems aligned with global stds.
Lead the development of quality plans for new transformer models and custom buildsEstablish and monitor KPIs for quality performance, defect rates, etc

Required Candidate profile

Min 12-15yrs exp. in transformer mfg, with at least 5 yers in a senior quality roleProven expertise in quality systems for power transformers above 400 kVA- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 etc
