Job Description for EHV Electrical Engineers (Wind Power Project) Kallam / Narangwadi (Maharashtra) Site Location 1. Candidate must have experience in 220 KV / 400 KV transmission line projects execution. 2. Experience in Estimation, Reading & understanding drawings / documentation, Material Take Off, Interface Coordination activities in EHV (220KV / 400KV) in India. 3. Ensure successful feasibility, planning, organizing, cost management, resourcing, design management, procurement & execution. 4. Good experience in line survey, foundation, erection, sag- tension calculations, stringing & commissioning stage. 5. Handling ROW issues. 6. Completed minimum 100 Km of transmission line in carrier. 7. Accountable for timely execution & completion of allotted work. 8. Take responsibility for site progress & comply site requirement considering Scheduled Supply Plan. 9. Co-ordination with Clients regarding Project related issues & feedback. 10. Follow-up & Co-ordination with sub-contractor for execution of Project. 11. Follow-up with the Procurement Department for timely supply of materials. 12. Follow-up with Clients & Consultants regarding Engineering Activity. 13. Administrative responsibility on the department level to maintain uninterrupted work flow. 14. Manage team of supervisors working down the line. 15. Understanding of all electrical equipment's, components, being used in Project Erection, Instalment & Commissioning stage. 16. Plan Cost Effectiveness measurement & execute necessary cost cutting activities

Role & responsibilities : System Analysis Load Flow, Short Circuit, Transient Stability, optimal power flow, optical capacitor placement, P-V and Q-V analysis, Voltage stability , Tap changer optimization study, system security analysis, Insulation coordination and EMT studies (TOV, SFO, FFO, VFTO etc) , Relay Coordination, Harmonic analysis, Flicker, voltage fluctuation and Arc Flash studies. Solar/Onshore Wind/ Off-shore wind/ Battery storage grid code compliance study with steady state P-Q analysis, LVRT, HVRT, FRT and Set point controls. Power Transmission System Master planning studies involving assessment of SVC, STACOM, HVDC interconnection, Frequency stability, UFLS implementation, AGC and small signal stability analysis. Power Distribution System Master planning studies involving PV, Electric vehicle, Battery Storage, reliability analysis and distribution system automation. Renewable energy hosting capacity in medium, high and extra high voltage system. Development of load forecasting models as and when necessary. Energy Mix study with calculation of LCOE. Transmission, Distribution and Substation basic engineering and Lenders engineering working experience will be preferred. Preferred candidate profile Experience of undertaking complex, large-scale, national, and international projects. Typically, 10-20 years experience in the power system studies

Role & responsibilities Electrical Engineer with experience in Electrical Power System engineering. Candidate must be experienced in designing Electrical HV/EHV Substations with relevant engineering knowledge. The candidate should have sound knowledge of preparation of SLDs / Network diagrams, equipment sizing calculations, Load flow analysis, etc. Must be aware about engineering dwgs related to substation design & detailed engineering. Knowledge of Electrical equipment, Switchgears & protections. Should be ready to visit the customer sites / offices for technical data collection, business meetings, project coordination, demonstration & training of Substation design software. Must have sound technical knowledge & communications skills. Preferable hands-on experience in Electrical Power system analysis Software & AutoCAD, MS-Station, BIM modeling, Revit, primtech3D, Bentlay etc. & MS Office tools. Candidate should have good communication & presentation skills & ready to travel as per requirement of Job. Should be capable for delivering Technical seminar/Webinar as per requirement of organization. Maintain records of projects being executed, regular reporting to senior management & provide feedback & remedial solutions time to time for any issues. Applications engineering and System studies on electrical Substation Design solution /software incorporating 3D/2D substation design & simulation by applying various electrical standards. Performing the modeling necessary to conduct power flow and other studies for transmission and distribution planning and analysis in support for various project/business developments. Technical Support for Various clients for their technical queries related to Substation Design software. Should deliver technical Demo/ Presentation of our software products. Co-ordination with the project execution teams for Substation Design software and any other third party software for attainment of objectives of the project Preferred candidate profile Good communication skills Excellence in teamwork Conceptual, analytical and presentation skills Willingness to learn & travel to project site as per requirement. Ability to convince senior officers in client organizations, including those in positions of authority.

Role & responsibilities As a Sr. Engineer / Dy Manager/Manager, you will be working as a Design / Technical specialist or in a similar role. With minimal supervision, applies advanced engineering techniques and analyses for problems and methods Preferred candidate profile Experience related to AIS & GIS sub-station up to 400kV is preferred. Experience related to auxiliary LVAC and LVDC system design Experience related to preparation of cable schedule Preparation of Single Line Diagram, Protection One line Diagram, Layout, earthing, lightning, lightning, cabling design calculations and drawings Preparation of Cabling layouts Design review of all equipment drawings including control schematics Design review of CRP scheme and substation automation system Design review of PLCC and FOTE system Having experience to prepare CT/PT sizing calculation Good knowledge of MS office Good teamwork ability. Oversee daily prodn., ensuring adherence to schedules, quality stds, and cost targets Develop and implement robust prodn plans aligned with customer delivery timelines Optimize resource allocation, workflow, and shop floor layout for max. efficiency Required Candidate profile 15+ yrs of exp.in transformer mfg, with at least 5 yr in a senior prodn leadership role Proven expertise in managing prodn of transformers above 400 kVA Strong understanding of mfg processes materials
