Job Description

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

  • Hiring of mentioned positions as per the requisitions
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
  • Maintain employee records, and oversee payroll.
  • Address employee concerns, foster engagement and manage grievances.
  • Coordinate appraisals and support performance improvement.

QUALIFICATION &SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Team management skills as well as Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
