Regional Head

As a Regional Head of the Interior Styling Business Unit at Livspace, you will lead a team of 15-20 highly motivated Interior Stylists and 3-4 General Manager Stylists. Your role will involve being responsible for the entire Business P&L (Furniture, Decor, Furnishings, and appliances) for the city/region. **Key Responsibilities:** - Target Delivery: - Review funnels, NGMV Delivery, and Sales Input Hygiene - Achieve monthly targets for Styling Revenue in the Furniture and Furnishing category - Optimize discounts - Ensure adherence to input processes - Ensure seamless execution - Focus on customer satisfaction - Conversion Effectiveness: - Optimize Display and Training Quotes - Develop custom project-level pitch strategies - Assist stylists in communicating value propositions effectively and aid in conversion - Conduct training sessions for new joiners on styling processes, sales strategies, and Product portfolio Overview - Work on consistent knowledge upgrade for stylists in furniture and furnishings. - Optimize Store Display for better customer engagement and increased average order value - Build confidence in the Category by arranging factory visits, providing video aids on quality, processes, etc. **Qualifications Required:** - Alumni of IITs / Tier 1 B Schools / Premium Institutions - Minimum 3 years of work experience as City Head / Growth Head / Strategy Head - Overall Experience exceeding 5 years in customer-facing roles (Sales, Growth, etc.) - Experience in handling teams, preferably up to 15-20 direct reportees - Strong in multi-tasking and managing complex Operations structures - Proficient in Sales and Business Development - Strong leadership and people skills - High level of ownership around targets - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Livspace, Asia's largest and fastest-growing omnichannel home interiors and renovation platform, has revolutionized the industry by providing homeowners with a one-stop renovation solution.
