Job Description

As the Regional Head of Interior Styling BU at Livspace, you will be leading a team of 15-20 Interior Stylists and 3-4 General Manager Stylists. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Business P&L which includes Furniture, Decor, Furnishings, and appliances for the city/region. Your main responsibilities will include: Target Delivery: - Reviewing the funnel and ensuring NGMV delivery and sales input hygiene - Achieving monthly revenue targets in the Furniture and Furnishing category - Optimizing discounts and adhering to input processes for seamless execution - Focusing on customer satisfaction Conversion Effectiveness: - Optimizing display and training quotes - Developing customized project-level pitch strategies - Training stylists on sales strategies, product portfolios, and styling processes - Ensuring consistent knowledge upgrade for stylists in furniture and furnishings - Enhancing store displays for better customer engagement and increased average order value Staying Ahead of Competition: - Ensuring stylist confidence in products and tackling competition through feedback mechanisms - Keeping stylists updated with the latest offerings, trends, and market insights - Conducting compulsory market visits to unique brands/stores for feedback and insights - Monitoring competitor prices, products, and trends to stay ahead Sustainable Growth: - Identifying required resources in respective regions - Developing offers or marketing activities as needed - Managing complete P&L and executing the AOP Plan for regions - Building and scaling a high-performing team for predictable and sustainable business growth - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive regional growth Job Requirements: - Alumni of IITs, Tier 1 B Schools, or Premium Institutions - Minimum of 3 years" experience as City Head/Growth Head/Strategy Head - Overall experience exceeding 5 years in customer-facing roles (Sales, Growth, etc.) - Experience in handling teams of up to 15-20 direct reportees - Strong multitasking and complex operations management skills - Proficiency in Sales and Business Development - Exceptional leadership and people management skills - High level of ownership and accountability for targets - Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in the interior styling industry, we encourage you to apply and be a part of Livspace's mission to transform homeowners" dreams into reality.,
