You should possess hands-on knowledge of various loan types such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and Loan Against Property. Additionally, having a strong network of DSAs, local channel partners, and connectors will be advantageous. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential as you will be entrusted with owning the region's P&L responsibility. You should be prepared to grow alongside a fast-scaling fintech startup that values and rewards performance.
