Job Description

As the Regional Head of Channel Partnerships and Admissions in Bangalore, you will be leading the development and management of a robust partner ecosystem with a focus on colleges and universities to drive student admissions. Your primary responsibility will be to expand the reach within the Bangalore region by collaborating with a diverse network of channel partners and achieving specific enrollment targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, onboarding, and managing a network of channel partners such as educational consultants, college admission associates, and institutional referral agents dedicated to higher education. - Scaling and managing the channel partner ecosystem to meet the increasing admissions requirements. - Providing training, support, and sales tools to partners to enhance their engagement and productivity. You will be accountable for achieving student admission targets through the partner network in Bangalore. This involves tracking leads, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring effective conversion of partner pipelines. You will also be responsible for driving performance accountability among partners and resolving any obstacles in the admission process. Maintaining strong working relationships with all partners and ensuring their continued engagement will be crucial. You will act as the primary point of contact for channel partners in the region and ensure timely communication. In terms of reporting and strategy, you will need to keep updated records of leads, admissions, and partner performance using CRM tools. Regular reporting on admissions progress, partner pipeline status, and market insights will be necessary. Additionally, you will be required to propose region-specific strategies to enhance partner output and market penetration. Key Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, student admissions, or partner management within the higher education sector. - Experience working with colleges, universities, or academic consultants is a must. - Strong skills in relationship-building, communication, and negotiation. - Proactive, target-driven, and proficient in CRM/admission tracking tools. - Knowledge of the Bangalore higher education landscape is advantageous.
