Regional Collection Manager-Two Wheeler Finance-Collection

As a Relationship Manager for Used Car Loans at our company, your role will involve planning and implementing strategies to achieve business numbers and profitability. This includes collaborating with Dealers, DSAs, and direct business models to ensure tie-ups and driving business growth to achieve a healthy portfolio and IRR. You will also be responsible for developing new and pre-owned car loans business across branches and locations. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement strategies to achieve business numbers and profitability - Collaborate with Dealers, DSAs, and direct business models - Develop and drive the business to ensure a healthy portfolio and achieve healthy IRR - Onboard dealers and brokers as per budget - Develop new and pre-owned car loans business across branches and locations - Manage team, provide training, and knowledge about new products and policies - Allocate and assess business and leads from Channels/Dealers to Team leader, sales officers, and coordinators - Maintain relationships with Channels/Dealers and make pre-assessment decisions to fund customers - Monitor Nonstarter, PDD, and identify new business prospects for the future Qualifications Required: - Minimum experience of 3-4 years in Auto Loans - Minimum qualification: Any Graduate In addition, you will be responsible for engaging in portfolio management, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to meet targets and maintain strong relationships with channels and dealers.
