As a Relationship Manager for Used Car Loans, your role involves planning and implementing strategies to achieve business numbers and profitability. You will collaborate with Dealers, DSAs, and direct business models to manage tie-ups. Your responsibilities include developing and driving the business to ensure a healthy portfolio and achieve a healthy IRR. Additionally, you will onboard dealers and brokers as per budget and expand the new and pre-owned car loans business across branches and locations. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement strategies to achieve business numbers and profitability - Collaborate with Dealers, DSAs, and direct business models - Develop and drive the business to ensure a healthy portfolio and achieve a healthy IRR - Onboard dealers and brokers as per budget - Expand new and pre-owned car loans business across branches and locations - Manage, allocate, and assess business and leads from Channels/Dealers to Team leader, sales officers, and coordinators based on their geographic territory - Maintain relationships with Channels/Dealers and pre-assess in principle decision to fund the customer - Monitor Nonstarter, PDD, and identify new opportunities for better business prospects in the future Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Auto Loans - Minimum qualification of Any Graduate If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide that information.,
