Regional Chef

We’re looking for a Regional Chef to lead our culinary operations for Dhaba Estd. 1986, based in Bangalore.

Key Requirements:

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven expertise in authentic North Indian cuisine (applications from other cuisines will not be considered).
• Experience in managing multiple outlets across different cities.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food costing, and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple responsibilities and teams.
• In-depth understanding of quality standards and food safety regulations.
• Ability to collaborate with Unit Chefs and implement new recipes effectively.
• Passion for guest satisfaction with the ability to resolve concerns promptly.
