Regional Category Manager / Product Manager

You will be responsible for leading and managing the Computer / Server & Storage business in the assigned region, overseeing both Topline and Bottom-line performance. Your role involves being a sales enabler for the Compute and Storage business in the region, ensuring complete alignment with the internal sales team, and managing OEM alliances and engagement. It is essential to coordinate closely with OEMs, distributors, and internal sales teams on a daily basis to drive sales opportunities effectively. In addition, you will be required to provide consistent enablement for the sales team on various Compute, Server & Storage Technologies, ensuring that the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy is in sync with the sales team for maximum coverage. Collaboration with cross-functional teams at the Head Office and in various regions is crucial for successful execution. You will work closely with Marketing to implement the brand strategy for the region, including local initiatives to enhance market penetration and drive demand generation. The role also entails building strong OEM relationships at the regional level, handling multiple significant deals in Compute and Storage technologies, and possessing a deep understanding of the PC, Server, and Storage markets. Key qualifications for this position include a solid understanding of Enterprise/B2B business, expertise in managing Laptop, Desktop & Workstation Product Categories, Server, Storage, and Accessories Product Management & Sales with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Ideally, you should have a background in Core Laptop & Desktop / Server & Storage Product sales or category management to excel in this role.,
