We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager (RBMs) to lead our pharmaceutical sales across North India (Delhi NCR, UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, J&K).

Role: Manage multiple areas, lead ABMs, drive regional sales growth, and ensure achievement of regional targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage ABMs across assigned regions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for the region.
Build relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and distributors.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Review reports, budgets, and performance of ABMs and their teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Commerce (MBA preferred).
8–20 years pharma sales experience with 3–5 years managing multiple areas/teams.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Willing to travel extensively in the region.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives + Allowances

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
