• Proven expertise in handling the chemist/pharmacy channel across the territory.
• 10–12 years of experience in sales or business management within skin care, cosmetics, or dermo-cosmetic brands.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver growth, manage teams, and strengthen channel relationships.
• Spearhead regional sales strategy and execution.
• Build and mentor high-performing field teams.
• Strengthen distribution, visibility, and market share across the region.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand presence and performance.
