Role & responsibilities

• Achieve

  monthly/quarterly sales targets

  region-wise.
• Ensure

  brand-wise, product-wise, and HQ-wise secondary & primary sales growth

  .
• Drive

  market expansion

  and ensure full

  territory coverage

  .
• Monitor

  ROI, productivity, and profitability

  of the region.

Team Management & Development

• Lead a team of

  ABMs and Medical Representatives (MRs)

  .

• Recruit, train, motivate & retain

  the field force.
• Conduct

  joint field working

  (coaching MR in front of doctor).
• Monitor

  doctor coverage frequency, call average, POB, and conversion

  .
• Handle

  underperformers and discipline issues

  .

Strategy & Execution

• Implement

  HQ / HO strategies & promotional campaigns

  effectively.
• Conduct

  cycle meetings, review meetings, strategy discussions

  .
• Ensure

  execution of brand focus, scientific pitching & messaging

  .
• Analyze

  competitor moves & market intelligence

  .

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with

  top doctors, KOLs, stockists, and distributors

  .
• Ensure

  smooth supply chain management

  avoid stockout / expiry.
• Resolve

  distribution, credit note, and payment collection

  issues.

Reporting & Compliance

• Daily review of

  CRM / DCR reporting

  and sales MIS.
• Ensure

  timely reporting, leave approval & expense control

  .
• Handle

  company policy compliance & ethical promotion norms

  .
• Submit

  market feedback and future planning

  to HO.
