About the Role

Regional Business Manager (RBM)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Business Executives (BEs).
• Drive sales performance to achieve regional revenue, prescription, and coverage targets.
• Implement brand strategies and ensure effective execution of marketing plans at the field level.
• Analyze regional sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure business hygiene, timely collections, and adherence to company processes.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key doctors, hospitals, distributors, and stockists.
• Conduct regular joint fieldwork and ensure high-quality customer engagement.
• Provide inputs to HO for demand forecasting, inventory planning, and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical promotion standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Science / Pharmacy / Management preferred.

• 8-12 years of pharma sales experience

  with at least

  2-3 years in a first-line/second-line managerial role

• Proven track record of achieving targets and leading high-performance teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build relationships with KOLs and drive brand visibility.
