About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead our field force and drive business growth in the assigned region. The RBM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, implementing marketing strategies, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Business Executives (BEs). Drive sales performance to achieve regional revenue, prescription, and coverage targets. Implement brand strategies and ensure effective execution of marketing plans at the field level. Analyze regional sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Ensure business hygiene, timely collections, and adherence to company processes. Build and strengthen relationships with key doctors, hospitals, distributors, and stockists. Conduct regular joint fieldwork and ensure high-quality customer engagement. Provide inputs to HO for demand forecasting, inventory planning, and promotional activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical promotion standards. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate / Postgraduate in Science / Pharmacy / Management preferred. 8-12 years of pharma sales experience with at least 2-3 years in a first-line/second-line managerial role . Proven track record of achieving targets and leading high-performance teams. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
