* Provide leadership to Sales, Business Development, and Order Servicing initiatives and activities in the Region.
* Stay in touch with target market in the allocated geography, and ensure availability of comprehensive and accurate information of market size, customers, and competitors
* Set Revenue targets for the region in line with overall business goals of the company, and set clear performance expectations for Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
* Guide the Sales team in developing their sales plans, and in executing them effectively.
* Finalize contracts with customers in accordance with company’s policies and processes
* Monitor all Order servicing activities and ensure that they are being carried out effectively
* Liaise with Operations Planning group and keep track of order execution
* Onboard personnel placed in the region as per approved processes.
