Regional Business Development Head - Hospital Vertical

The Regional Business Development Head - Hospital Vertical at TechXR in Delhi NCR will play a pivotal role in leading the sales initiative for virtual reality-based solutions in hospitals. Your primary focus will be on forging partnerships with new hospitals and maximizing revenue from existing hospital partners. You will be responsible for achieving hospital onboarding targets, driving revenue growth, and nurturing strong relationships with hospital partners. Key responsibilities include managing the sales and business development team, identifying and signing up new partner hospitals in Delhi NCR, overseeing the sales pipeline and negotiations, as well as facilitating the onboarding and setup process at partner hospitals. Additionally, you will serve as the key point of contact for hospital administration and staff. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in business development and sales roles with direct interaction with hospitals. You should also possess 2-3 years of experience in managing high-velocity sales teams and a track record of negotiating large deals valued at 30 lakhs and above with hospitals. Deep connections and a strong network within the hospital industry are highly desirable. This role is well-suited for individuals with experience in medical/surgical device sales or business development, diagnostic device sales or business development, healthcare IT sales or business development, healthcare consulting, or diagnostics sales in a B2B or hospital setting.,
