As a Regional Business Development Head - Hospital Vertical at TechXR, your role involves leading the initiative in the Delhi NCR region for partnering with new hospitals and maximizing revenue from partnered hospitals. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing the Sales/Business Development team - Identifying, pitching, and signing up new partner hospitals in Delhi NCR - Managing the sales pipeline and negotiations - Overseeing onboarding and setup at partner hospitals - Acting as the key contact for hospital administration/staff To excel in this role, you should have 5-10 years of experience in Business Development & Sales roles with direct hospital interaction, along with 2-3 years of experience in managing high-velocity sales teams. You should have a track record of negotiating large value deals of 30 lakhs and above with hospitals, as well as deep connections and networks in the hospital industry. In terms of qualifications and relevant experience, individuals with backgrounds in Medical/Surgical Device Sales/BDM, Diagnostic Device Sales/BDM, Healthcare IT Sales/BDM, Healthcare Consulting, and Diagnostics (B2B/Hospital Sales) are preferred. TechXR offers a competitive compensation package of 15 - 22 LPA + ESOPS for this role in Delhi NCR.
