Regional Branch Operations & Service Manager

As a Regional Branch Operations & Service Manager, your role will involve maintaining a robust operational & service compliance culture at all the urban branches. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting branch audits for operations & service compliance. - Working closely with branches to ensure closure of identified gaps. - Monitoring branches on critical service and operational parameters through remote monitoring. - Ensuring all branches are visited for assessment as per the plan. - Collaborating with branches to improve internal audit ratings. - Conducting training programs for branches to enhance operational compliance and efficiency. - Driving and assisting branches in securing a good score on the Branch Operational & Service Index. - Providing support and guidance to Region & Branch SPOCs for new branch preparation & launch. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Taking up regional-level projects to drive improvement in various operations & service areas. - Ensuring timely and correct reporting on critical operations parameters. In terms of educational qualifications, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, maths, commerce, arts, science, biology, business, computers, or management. A post-graduation degree like MBA or PGDM is preferred. Furthermore, you should possess 5-10 years of experience in a similar domain.
