Regional Branch Operations & Service Manager

As a Regional Branch Operations & Service Manager, your role will involve maintaining a robust operational & service compliance culture at all urban branches. You will need to regularly visit branches to identify gaps, areas of improvement, and work closely with the branch teams to address these issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct branch audits to ensure operations & service compliance. - Collaborate with branches to close identified gaps from ROSM visits. - Monitor critical service and operational parameters through remote transaction monitoring. - Visit all branches as per the assessment plan. - Assist branches in achieving good scores in internal audit ratings. - Organize training programs for branches to enhance operational compliance and efficiency. - Collaborate with branches to improve the Branch Operational & Service Index score. - Provide support and guidance to Region & Branch SPOCs for new branch preparation & launch. Secondary Responsibilities: - Lead regional projects to drive improvements in various operations & service areas. - Focus on TAT, FTR complaint resolution, and timely & accurate reporting on critical operational parameters. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Bachelors in engineering/Technology/Maths/Commerce/Arts/Science/Biology/Business/Computers/Management. - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM. - 5-10 years of experience in a similar domain is preferred. This role requires a proactive approach towards ensuring operational and service compliance across all branches, while also driving improvements and stakeholder management at a regional level.,
