Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Asset Disposal specialist at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in asset disposal and management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the disposal of assets across multiple locations.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset utilization and minimize losses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Monitor and report on asset disposal performance metrics to senior management.
