Regional Sales Manager Telangana 1 No Headquarter - Hyderabad Sales Manager Telangana (Hyderabad) and Andhra Pradesh (Vijayawada) - (1 each) Client is currently operating through their own website (Ecommerce) for the last 2 years and has their Corporate Office at Mumbai. Their products are focused on Gut Health and Skin care made with natural ingredients. They are now looking to launch their Products through the Chemist Channel across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement the GTM plan for Pharmacy Retail expansion in Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales executives. Build a strong Pharma Distributor network across the region. Achieve sales targets and market share growth within the designated territory. Candidate Background: For Regional Sales Manager, a work experience of 10-15 years of working across Telangana State is required. Should be leading the State independently in the current role for a minimum of 2 years. For Sales Manager (Telangana and Andhra Pradesh), a work experience of 6-10 years of working primarily in Hyderabad and Vijayawada City is mandatory. Candidates with experience in managing field operations for OTC brands, specifically within the Pharmacy channel. Excellent knowledge of Pharma Distribution is mandatory for the role. Compensation: Regional Sales Manager: Upto 15-20 lakhs per annum.
