International Voice Process (US/UK) Role

Client is a US MNC having their office at Bengaluru. Need local candidates only as shortlisted candidates will need to attend F2F Interview for final discussions. Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferred. Need to onboard 10 before 31st March 25. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in any International Voice Process. Client is working with US Loan Process or any International Voice Process and work timings are 6.00pm-3.30am (Monday Friday) No CAB Facility Available. Candidate should have their own 2 Wheeler Job Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with potential loan applicants in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. Provide detailed information about the loan product, eligibility criteria, and the application process. Collect and verify applicant information, including income, employment status, and other relevant details. Use company tools and systems to determine initial loan eligibility. Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information in accordance with company policies. Candidate Background: Degree/Diploma in Finance is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and working in US/UK/International Voice Process role Proficiency in using CRM systems and financial software. Basic experience working with U.S. customers is an advantage.
