Role: Manager Sourcing / Procurement (Polymer Chemicals Product Procurement Portfolio: PP, PE, PET, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PS, PVC. Location: Mumbai, India. Full Time Work from office role Key Job Responsibilities: Responsible for procurement of assigned products from various identified suppliers. Responsible for supplier negotiations and the relationship management. Responsible for managing relationships with suppliers effectively Customer Complaints Following Up on Complaints and resolving them to customer satisfaction. Preparation of supplier visit reports, supplier database management & New Product identification and development. Handling and managing quality related matters (Supplier issues anything related to shipment, delayed shipment, short shipment) Tracking deliveries and making sure that delivery time confirmed by the suppliers is as per purchase order raised and ensure appropriate items were delivered. Candidate Background: Chemical/ Engineering / Science Graduate, MBA/PG will be an added advantage Global sourcing experience in Chemicals international trading is mandatory. Minimum 8+ years in procurement & supplier management for polymer products. International market exposure.
