Job Description

Job Description: As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information. Your role will involve assisting in the preparation of financial reports, overseeing financial department employees, and tracking the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement. You will be examining bank statements, reconciling them with general ledger entries, reviewing financial data, and preparing monthly and annual reports. It will be your responsibility to provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information while handling sensitive information in a confidential manner. Additionally, you will be developing strategies to minimize financial risk, analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans. You will liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained, manage tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary, and provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
