Position Title: Refrigrator & AC Technician worked in Manufacturing Unit / Company Location: Nangli Sakrawati, Near Najafgarh, New Delhi Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) Experience Required: 2–3 Years Qualification: ITI Preferred (Refrigeration/AC worked in Manufacturing Unit/Company) Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Foodservice Solutions Job Title:Refrigeration & AC Technician – Manufacturing Unit Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Refrigeration & AC Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in refrigeration systems, air-conditioning, and cooling technology — with the ability to assemble, install, and develop new cooling units or machines. The role involves both maintenance and new product development support in a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities:Install, test, and maintain refrigeration and air-conditioning systems used in manufacturing machines. Assist in designing and assembling new cooling or refrigeration-based machines (e.g., ice cream machines, cold storage units, display chillers, cooling systems). Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and refrigeration schematics. Perform brazing, gas charging, vacuuming, and leak testing of systems. Work with the product development and fabrication team to develop new machines or prototypes. Ensure proper functioning of compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, and electrical controls. Diagnose and repair issues related to mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration components. Maintain tools, testing instruments, and safety procedures during all installations and repairs. Keep maintenance and production records updated for all refrigeration systems. Support production and testing of new models developed in the unit. Qualifications and Skills:ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related technical field. 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup. Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycle, electrical control systems, and mechanical assembly. Ability to fabricate, assemble, and test new units or prototypes. Skilled in brazing, welding, gas charging (R22/R404A/R134A/R290, etc.), and system testing. Understanding of safety standards and preventive maintenance. Capable of working independently and as part of a product development team. Salary Range:₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
