Job Title: Refrigeration Design Engineer - Intern

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: 2.70 LPA

We are looking for a Fresher Refrigeration Design Engineer with a background in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering who is passionate about designing efficient refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of end-to-end system design, component selection, and component selection tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of complete refrigeration systems, including component selection and layout.
• Use component selection tools for compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, and fans.
• Perform basic heat load calculations, refrigerant selection, and system balancing.
• Assist in creating and updating design documentation such as BOMs, P&IDs, and design schematics.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and controls teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and performance criteria.
• Participate in prototype testing, validation, and design improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma / BE / ME in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of refrigeration principles, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
• Proficiency in component selection tools for refrigeration system design.
• Basic knowledge of design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a learning mindset and commitment to technical excellence.
