Job Description

Supervise the refractory maintenance team during daily operations, shutdowns, and turnarounds.
Plan and coordinate refractory repair and installation work, including manpower, materials, tools, and safety measures.
Inspect refractory materials and linings for wear, damage, and failures.
Ensure proper installation of refractory materials (bricks, castables, ramming masses, etc.) as per design specifications.
Liaise with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to plan refractory work schedules.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safe work practices.
Maintain records of inspections, maintenance activities, refractory material usage, and job reports.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
