Equity Fund Operations Associate

As an Equity Fund Operations Associate at our growing investment fund, you will be responsible for managing client-facing operations and providing support to our equity analysts through data analysis. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for clients and investors, ensuring timely and professional communication. You will also oversee client onboarding, KYC documentation, and routine servicing requests. In this role, you will collaborate with custodians, fund administrators, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows. Additionally, you will support equity analysts by assisting in data collection, processing, and reporting tasks. You will be involved in preparing presentations, performance reports, and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining and updating investor records and transaction logs in an organized and compliant manner will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve identifying and implementing process improvements in operations and reporting. It will be essential to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and analysis tasks using Excel and other tools. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a finance or investment background. Strong communication skills in English, advanced Excel skills, and detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking are also required. A CFA Level 1 or higher certification is preferred for this role.
