Refractory And Mechanical Site Supervisor

We need Refractory Site Supervisor And Mechanical Site Supervisor with below experience with Minimum 8 Years Experience: Refractory Site Supervisor we need below experience; 1] Candidates having experience in Integrated Steel Plants with specific exposure in Coke Ovens, Blast Furnace, Reheating Furnace Refractory Installation and Maintenance works. 2] Able to read drawings, specifications and understand Installation procedures 3] Good Communication with Client, Company employees and workers, oral and email communication preferred 4] Overall control of workers and Schedule implementation to meet target objectives with Quality &Safety. 5] To strictly follow all Safety practices and ensure Compliance of all protocols for workers working at Site. 6] Allocate daily tasks to workers, helpers, and skilled masons based on work-front availability 7] Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment on-site 8] Enforce the use of PPE and ensure adherence to job safety measures 9] Supervise the job 10] Coordinate with QC engineers for inspections, measurements, and thickness verification 11] Attend to punch list clearance, repairs, or touch-ups after inspection 12] Time management in tight schedules (especially in shutdown jobs) Mechanical Site Supervisor we need below experience; 1] Candidates having experience in Integrated Steel Plants with specific exposure in Mechanical Fabrication & Erection, Mechanical Maintenance and O&M at Coke Ovens, Blast Furnace, Pellet plant, Reheating Furnace 2] Able to read drawings, specifications and understand Installation procedures 3] Good Communication with Client, Company employees and workers, oral and email communication preferred 4] Overall control of workers and Schedule implementation to meet target objectives with Quality &Safety. 5] To strictly follow all Safety practices and ensure Compliance of all protocols for workers working at Site. 6] Allocate daily tasks to workers, helpers, and skilled workmen based on work-front availability 7] Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment on-site 8] Enforce the use of PPE and ensure adherence to job safety measures 9] Supervise installation, alignment, and erection 10] Ensure correct usage of lifting equipment, tools, and instruments. 11] Coordinate with QC engineers for inspections, measurements 12] Attend to punch list clearance, repairs, or touch-ups after inspection 13] Time management in tight schedules (especially in shutdown jobs)
