Job Title: Refinery Manager – Rice Bran Oil Industry
Location: Bardhaman, West Bengal
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire refinery operations for rice bran oil processing.
• Ensure efficient refining processes, including degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization, and fractionation.
• Monitor and control production efficiency, quality standards, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental norms.
• Supervise plant maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Manage and lead the refinery team, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Coordinate with procurement and quality control teams for raw material and finished product quality.
• Maintain production records, reports, and operational documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in refinery operations in the rice bran oil industry.
• Strong knowledge of refining processes, quality control, and equipment handling.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize refinery operations.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and compliance regulations.
