Position Overview

Referral Executive – Patient Care Specialist

While the leads will primarily be provided by HexaHealth, having an existing network of doctors/healthcare professionals will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients referred through HexaHealth’s referral sources.
• Understand patient needs, explain treatment/surgical options, and guide them towards the right hospital/doctor.
• Convert patient consultations into successful surgeries by providing end-to-end support.
• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and patient experience.
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with referred patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update patient/referral information in the system.
• (Preferred) Leverage personal connections with doctors/clinics to bring in additional referral opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Medical background preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience

  in patient consultation, healthcare coordination, or referral management.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with high empathy for patients.
• Strong follow-up and conversion skills with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple patient referrals simultaneously.
• Prior connections with doctors/hospitals will be an added advantage.
