Role Description

This is a Remote role for a Referral Partner (Commission-Based). Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, communicating the benefits of our RCM services, and ensuring clients understand the process and services offered. Referral Partners are expected to identify and refer potential clients, maintain detailed records of interactions, and follow up on progress to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Understanding of Insurance processes and regulations
• Proven track record in sales or referral partnerships is a plus
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
