Job DescriptionReels & Visual Content Strategist (Digital Marketing Agency) Experience: 3–6+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time / Freelance / Retainer Location: Remote (Patna / Tier-2 India preferred) Industry: Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Reels & Visual Content Strategist who understands that content is a growth engine, not just design. This role requires someone who can conceptualize, create, and execute high-impact reels and graphical content that builds attention, trust, and conversions for multiple client brands. If you only edit videos, this role is not for you. If you think strategy + visuals + performance, you’ll fit right in. 🎯 Key Responsibilities1. Reels Strategy & Creation (Primary Responsibility)Conceptualize and create Instagram/Facebook reels with clear objectives: Awareness Trust building Lead generation Develop: Text-led reels Talking-head reels Background video + animated text reels Story-based reels (problem → insight → action) Write hooks, on-screen text, captions, and CTAs Ensure reels are optimized for: Watch time Retention Scroll-stopping openings (first 2 seconds) 2. Graphic Content DesignDesign static posts and carousels aligned with brand identity Maintain visual consistency across weekly/monthly content plans Create: Informative posts Trust-building content Campaign-based creatives Ensure clean layouts, strong hierarchy, and brand-aligned color usage 3. Content Marketing & Brand ThinkingTranslate business goals into content ideas Understand TOFU / MOFU / BOFU content stages Work closely with strategy and performance teams Align content with: Local audience behavior (Tier-2 & Tier-3 markets) Platform algorithms (Meta-first approach) 4. Execution & CollaborationManage multiple clients and content calendars Accept feedback and iterate quickly Maintain timelines without quality compromise Coordinate with account managers and ad teams when required 🛠 Required Skills & ToolsStrong experience in: CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro Canva (advanced usage) Basic knowledge of: After Effects (text animation preferred) Figma (bonus) Deep understanding of: Instagram & Facebook Reels Meta content formats and ratios Engagement and performance metrics 🧠 What We’re Looking For3–6+ years of relevant agency or brand experience Business-first mindset (not just aesthetic-driven) Strong storytelling and copy sense Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding Comfortable with agency pace and multiple deliverables 🚫 This Role Is Not Suitable ForFreshers or entry-level designers Canva-only editors without content strategy thinking Trend-copy creators with no originality Individuals who require constant supervision 📈 What Success Looks LikeReels that generate saves, shares, comments, and inquiries Visually consistent brand presence across platforms Improved engagement, profile visits, and WhatsApp leads Clients appreciating content performance and clarity 💰 CompensationCompetitive and experience-based Flexible structure: Full-time / Freelance / Retainer Growth path available to Senior Creative / Creative Lead 📩 How to ApplyPlease share: Portfolio with live reel links 2–3 reels you are most proud of (and why they worked) Tools you use Availability and preferred engagement model
