This role requires someone who can conceptualize, create, and execute high-impact reels and graphical content that builds attention, trust, and conversions for multiple client brands. Reels Strategy & Creation (Primary Responsibility)Conceptualize and create Instagram/Facebook reels with clear objectives: Awareness Trust building Lead generation Develop: Text-led reels Talking-head reels Background video + animated text reels Story-based reels (problem → insight → action) Write hooks, on-screen text, captions, and CTAs Ensure reels are optimized for: Watch time Retention Scroll-stopping openings (first 2 seconds) 2. Graphic Content DesignDesign static posts and carousels aligned with brand identity Maintain visual consistency across weekly/monthly content plans Create: Informative posts Trust-building content Campaign-based creatives Ensure clean layouts, strong hierarchy, and brand-aligned color usage 3. Content Marketing & Brand ThinkingTranslate business goals into content ideas Understand TOFU / MOFU / BOFU content stages Work closely with strategy and performance teams Align content with: Local audience behavior (Tier-2 & Tier-3 markets) Platform algorithms (Meta-first approach) 4.
