Description
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance Android applications using modern development practices. Lead the implementation of complex features and modules, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural guidelines. Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and impactful features. Contribute significantly to the system design and architecture of new and existing Android applications. Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Stay abreast of the latest Android ecosystem trends, tools, and best practices, evaluating and integrating new technologies where beneficial. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the application lifecycle. Required Skills And Experience 5+ years of professional experience in Android application development. Kotlin : Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin programming language. Jetpack Compose : Extensive hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose for building modern, declarative UIs. Coroutines & Flows : Deep understanding and practical experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flows for asynchronous programming and reactive streams. KMM (Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile) : Proven experience or strong understanding of Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile for sharing code across Android and iOS platforms. System Design & Architecture : Strong capabilities in designing and implementing scalable, modular, and maintainable Android application architectures. Solid understanding of Android SDK, lifecycle, and common design patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integrations. Proficient with Git version control and modern development workflows. Bonus / Good To Have Experience with CMP (Consent Management Platforms) and implementing privacy-related features.
