Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Gurugram. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. Day-to-day tasks will include posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs. The Recruiter will also be tasked with maintaining a candidate database and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and manage staffing needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 12/06/2025
