Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Recruitment Strategist to join our team in Dehradun. In this role, you will design and implement recruitment strategies, source and screen candidates, build strong relationships with medical institutions, and manage the full recruitment cycle for medical professionals. The Recruitment Strategist will also analyze hiring trends, ensure timely filling of positions, and provide innovative solutions tailored to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent acquisition and strategic planning for recruitment
• Skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation
• Experience in conducting interviews and utilizing recruitment software
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing hiring needs and work with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with the medical or educational recruitment sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
