Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing the entire recruitment process. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and recommending suitable candidates for various positions. The role also involves collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs, conducting onboarding and training for new hires, and maintaining recruitment documentation and databases.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Training and onboarding processes
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
