Job Description

Recruitment Specialist (Non-IT Talent)

  • Understand hiring requirements from internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal platforms. • Source candidates through job boards (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate and follow up on interview feedback and candidate status. • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in job fair coordination, walk-ins, and campus recruitment (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Non-IT).
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹223,761.87 - ₹300,000.00 per year
