• Talking about APIs, UX, and GPTs without confusing yourself.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in hiring for AI, creative, and tech roles.
• A sixth sense for matching people with the right role (bonus if you also know where they hide during notice period 🕵️).
• Communication skills sharper than a designer’s pen tool.
• The patience of a saint (because tech interviews).
