We’re Hiring for a Recruitment professional (BPO) at Binary Semantics! Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Position Type: Full-time Job Description: Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO(Voice & Non-Voice) roles Source candidates fill in vacant positions in the company Conduct telephonic screening and initial shortlisting Schedule and coordinate Face-to-Face interviews Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements Ensure timely closures and joining of selected candidates Partner with operations team to understand requirements, attrition trends & skill gaps Assist with walk-ins, bulk hiring drives, and onboarding coordination Desired Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. 2-4 years experience in BPO/volume hiring. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to manage bulk hiring targets. Familiarity with sourcing tools and MS Excel.
