Recruitment Operations Officer

As an Ops Sup Analyst 2 at our organization, your role is crucial in providing intermediate level operations support services. You will work closely with the Operations - Core Team to ensure efficient record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and account opening. Your key responsibilities include: - Updating help content for Knowledge Hub end users - Executing assigned work tasks such as annual review certification and change requests - Serving as a liaison to the business for work assignments - Conducting needs assessments and researching solutions to inquiries - Monitoring work progression and ensuring consistent application of team process controls It is imperative that you assess risks effectively when making business decisions, focusing on safeguarding Citigroup's reputation and assets, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, adhering to policies, applying ethical judgment, and transparently reporting control issues. Your performance will be evaluated based on specific metrics tied to delivering exceptional client experience. To qualify for this position, you are expected to have 5-7 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work under pressure, self-motivation, attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and clear written and verbal communication skills. Ideally, you will hold a Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
