🚀 Hiring: Recruiter / Team Lead (2–3 Years Experience)

Work From Home | Monthly Travel to Kochi | Salary up to ₹25,000

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Permanent & Contract)
Strong hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients
Guide and monitor junior recruiters on daily sourcing and closures
Track recruiter performance and ensure weekly delivery targets
Maintain candidate pipeline and basic recruitment reports
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for hiring priorities

Must-Have Skills

2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
Basic team handling or mentoring experience
Good communication and follow-up skills
Target-driven and delivery-focused mindset
Ability to work independently in a WFH setup

Work Model

Work From Home
Once-a-month travel to Kochi
(team meetings / reviews)

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
